It never hurts to ask…..

 

Recently we had a customer who purchased Merillat’s Silhouette Maple Toffee kitchen cabinets. The Sihouette door style is one of simplicity, with straight lines for a clean, understated look. 

 

The customer received a pantry cabinet that had doors on it in 2 different sizes, neither of which were the size found in the specs. To make it even more interesting, the customer preferred one of the incorrect sizes, saying it would work best with the layout and available space. 

 

So what happened next? We asked. We asked Merillat for the door size the customer wanted and they were able to make those doors. 

 

Things don’t always go right. It’s a fact of life and it happens every day. But it never hurts to ask for what you want – whether it is to correct a problem or put something in that dream kitchen that you’ve been waiting your whole life for. We may not always get the exact answer we want, but more often than not we end up finding what we were looking for. 

 

So think about the questions you are going to want to ask. And then just ask them and get closer to having the kitchen of your dreams!
