PAID TIME OFF

VACATION LEAVE
Reico offers all full time employees vacation leave. It is accrued throughout the year. Employees earn 2 weeks per year their first 5 years of service, 3 weeks per year after 5 years of service and more vacation after 15 and 25 years of service.

SICK TIME
Reico offers non-exempt full time employees to accrue an additional 3 days off for sick leave or medical related appointments.

PAID HOLIDAYS
Reico has 7 paid holidays per calendar year:
- New Years day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Friday after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day

The EAP is an outside organization that provides professional counseling to ensure you get the help, guidance, and support you need during difficult times. The EAP is strictly confidential (except in instances of child abuse or threats of violence which, by law, must be reported to the appropriate authorities).
