Beginning now, Reico launches one of the greatest customer service separators in the history of the company. The Reico Delivery System will change the way you plan your day and your work.
How will this affect my deliveries?
By providing us with an email address or a text email address*
Reico will update you on the status of your delivery at these times:
- 4 p.m. the day before delivery with a 3 hour delivery window
- 6 a.m. the day of with a 2 hour delivery window
- 1 hour before delivery...so you know exactly when your order is on its’ way!
We will also send you updates if our driver runs into any delays on their route as a result of traffic, weather or other issues.
