Successfully completing an internship at Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2022, Bailey Sharpe joined Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2023 as a Designer after graduating from Virginia Tech with a major in Residential Environments and Design.  

Her time interning at Reico gave Bailey valuable industry experience, shadowing experienced teammates to learn about products, design and managing projects from beginning to end to allow her to move into the Designer role.  

For Bailey, her passion is to create solutions that makes her clients lives easier, redesigning their favorite spaces in the most practical and functional way for them.  She is ready to assist them in any way she can, from helping them learn about the differences in cabinet lines to educating them on the entire process of remodeling the kitchen or bathroom.
