Kat Berry

Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Residential Environments and Design from Virginia Tech in 2019, Kat Berry joined Reico Kitchen & Bath full time in 2020.  Initially working out of Reico’s Salem, VA showroom as an intern, she began her full-time career as a Project Coordinator before moving into her current role as a Designer at Reico’s Springfield, VA location. 

For Kat, she is passionate about aging-in-place when designing kitchens and bathrooms.  “I want someone to live in their home for as long as they want to. Accessibility should not be what forces someone to have to move away from the home that they love and have built their life in.”  It is her goal for clients to feel good and excited about their project and that they understand what is going to happen in their home.  

When not designing, Kat enjoys board games, fishing, camping and paddle boarding.
