While no longer actively meeting with her own clients, Debbie draws on all of her experience in both Interior Design and Kitchen and Bath design to teach and lead Reico’s North Carolina teams.  

Debbie uses her experience in construction, space planning, product specification and design as well as her extensive work with retail clients, custom and production builders and large commercial projects to help her team create collaborative relationships and successfully guide clients from initial consultation to finished project to create kitchens and bathrooms that are both functional and beautiful.

In addition to her degree in Interior Design from the University of Delaware, Debbie has also received professional accreditation as a Universal Design Certified Remodeler.  Among her professional accomplishments, she developed and led Reico’s initial High End Design Team, and was a founding board member and past President of the Greater Baltimore NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry).
