Ashley Hathaway

Building off a successful internship at Reico and a Bachelor’s Degree in Residential Environments and Design from Virginia Tech, Ashley Hathaway joined Reico full-time in 2022.  As a Project Coordinator, Ashley developed a strong foundation of knowledge, working with multiple designers and team members managing projects step-by-step from start to finish.  This experience led her to her current role as Designer on our Charlotte, NC team. 

The creative aspect of design is Ashley’s passion.  She enjoys creating unique solutions that solve the challenges her clients have.   Through collaboration and learning their wants and needs, she develops solutions that give them confidence in her and the design of their new kitchen or bathroom.

When not designing, Ashley enjoys reading, time with her cats Bean and Honey and exploring Charlotte, with her love of coffee leading her to all the different small coffee shops in and around the area.
