With a Bachelor’s degree in Residential Environments and Design, along with a minor in Property Management from Virginia Tech, Caroline Bowling immediately entered into the kitchen and bath industry after graduation. Initially working with top leading manufacturers and brands, she joined Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2025, coming full circle from her time as a Reico intern early in her career.

Caroline is passionate about improving space functionality and helping clients maximize their areas. Her goal is to build foundational client relationships that create functional living spaces that align with the differing lifestyles and needs of every client. 

When not designing, Caroline enjoys long walks and exploring new places.
