With a still developing knowledge of the industry dating back to 2021, Charlotte Lilly joined Reico Kitchen & Bath as Designer in October 2024 following a successful internship with the company and the completion of her certificate in Kitchen and Bath Design from Century College.

As an intern, Charlotte experienced the entire process, from first appointment to final decisions by the client, as well as all the work needed to manage, coordinate and complete projects of all types and sizes.  

Charlotte has a passion for blending function and beauty to create not only spaces that are great to look at but more enjoyable to use.  It is her goal to create a space her clients enjoy, where they work together to make their vision come to life in a space that is uniquely theirs.

When not designing, Charlotte enjoys time on her own creative projects. From paint by number to cross-stitch, these little projects are her favorite way to unwind.
