Mila Beca joined Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2019, working with clients and managing projects from start to finish before moving into her current role in design as s Key Business Manager.  

Mila brings a problem-solving approach to each design, working with her clients to create thoughtful designs and solutions for kitchen and bathrooms.  She especially thrives working with trade accounts, collaborating with builders and contractors to keep projects on track, on budget and maybe even ahead of schedule (yes, really!). If there is a challenge, she’s already sketching a solution.

Outside of work, Mila enjoys spending time with family and friends, loves all kind of DIY projects and is an active member of the Serbian Cultural Center Opancici.
