Since joining Reico Kitchen & Bath in 2011, Tristin Kalivoda has built a multifaceted career shaped by design expertise, project management experience, and a passion for developing strong, collaborative teams. Although she no longer meets with clients, Tristin draws on her extensive background to lead and support Reico’s Winchester and Frederick locations.

Tristin began her career at Reico as a Project Coordinator, later moving into a Designer role before transitioning into management. Her experience in these roles and with a wide range of customer types gives her a unique perspective on how to support her teams and all of Reico’s clients in delivering functional and beautiful kitchen and bath solutions with clarity and confidence.

A graduate of Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania, Tristin holds a degree in Interior Design. Her design expertise extends beyond individual projects, as she also leads the creative direction for all Reico showrooms and designs, ensuring that every space reflects current trends, showcases product potential, and inspires both clients and designers. Her vision played a key role in the success of the Winchester showroom, which earned the prestigious NKBA Innovative Showroom Award at KBIS in 2023, a recognition that highlights both her design leadership and her commitment to elevating the customer experience.
