The process is simple. Complete this form and send to our Reico Parts Center, which is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Once received in the Reico Parts Center, you will be emailed by them directly to confirm receipt of your replacement parts request.
After this email confirmation, we will email you within the next 48 hours with a recommendation and/or solution to your parts problem.
If you know your Merillat product is under warranty, you can contact the Merillat Consumer Customer Service Department directly at (866) 850-8557 to process your replacement request.
