You’ve been dreaming about it. You’ve been planning. And now you’re ready to begin. It’s time for your kitchen remodel.

It happens to all of us. You are planning your kitchen remodel.  You are super excited, a little overwhelmed, and you’re trying the very best you can to stick your kitchen remodel budget. But that has been tough!  When you started out, you did not know your dream kitchen countertop was going to be a little extra for the color you want. Plus, you did not consider that you would want to replace all your kitchen appliances, it was only going to be one or two.  You did know though that your cramped double bowl sink was definitely out!

In the U.S., a 2018 study showed that 58 percent of people indicated that they planned to spend money to renovate their homes. That’s more than half of all homeowners that are planning to renovate at least one room in their home.

Feng shui. You’ve heard it before, but what exactly does it mean? Put very straightforwardly, it’s a collection of rules that dictate the way energy (known as “chi”) flows in a room.  It is also affected by the spatial arrangement of your space. So, what does that mean for your bathroom remodel? It means you want to arrange everything in a way that is the most “favorable,” so the energy flows well throughout the space.

There’s no doubt about it: one of the things homeowners are most worried about when planning their bathroom remodel is their budget. You know what you have in mind for your dream bathroom, but you’re not sure you have the means to get there.
