Starting with Reico Kitchen & Bath as an intern, Megan Alderson joined Reico Kitchen & Bath full-time in 2020 after graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in the NKBA accredited Residential Environments and Design program at Virginia Tech.  Hired as a Project Coordinator, Megan developed her knowledge of products and skills in design and project management before moving into her current Designer role.  

For Megan, her passion is listening to each customers’ needs and wants and designing in a way that creates solutions to existing challenges.  This allows her create spaces that are aesthetically pleasing while functioning in a way that is practical to each individual client.  

When not designing Megan enjoys working out, trying new recipes and spending time with family, friends and a 65-pound labradoodle named Moose.
