Vacation Leave
Reico offers all full-time employees paid vacation leave and is accrued throughout the year. Employees earn 2 weeks of vacation leave per year for the first 5 years of employment. They earn 3 weeks per year after 5 years of service and more vacation time after 15 and 25 years of service.
Sick Time
Reico offers non-exempt (hourly) full-time employees the ability to accrue an additional 3 days off for sick leave or medical related appointments.

Reico has 7 paid holidays per calendar year:

Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Friday after Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
